Coping with Grief

Grief…an emotion we all experience at some point in our lives. It can feel overwhelming and debilitating – and it can make you just want to give up.

Lately I have had some friends and clients who are grieving in some way. It's sometimes hard to know what to say or how to help. In addition to offering an ear and shoulder or prayers, I have personally found some Young Living essential oils and blends to be helpful.

Many studies have shown that our sense of smell is the only one that has a direct effect on the limbic (emotional) region of the brain.

Try diffusing (or inhaling) Lemon, Jasmine, Frankincense or Peppermint.

My favorite blend is Joy; other blends you might try are Valor, Hope or Live with Passion.
