Essential Oils and Hay Fever

With all the pollen in the air, let's talk about how essential oils can help with hay fever symptoms. (These suggestions may also help if you are sensitive to animal hair, feathers or dust mites.)

Usage:
Diffuse your choice of oils for a 1/2 hour every 2 hours or as desired. At night, set the timer on your diffuser.

No diffuser? Put 2-3 drops in your hands and rub them together, cup your hands over your nose and inhale as needed. Or put 2-3 drops on a cotton ball and place in an air vent in your house, car or hotel room.

You may also apply oils topically, avoiding the eye areas. Oils can always be applied to the soles of the feet, and will travel through the body within 20 minutes; using the Vita-Flex method can enhance the results.
